Return Policy

Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your Glewbee Steamer. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund — no questions asked.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be: returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in original condition with no damage caused by misuse, accompanied by all original accessories and packaging where possible.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@glewbee.com with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: Our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a return shipping label (where applicable).
Step 3: Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated shipping location.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed on our end, please allow 2–5 additional business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damage in your email. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Items are not eligible for return if they: have been damaged through misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications, are returned after the 30-day window, or are missing original components without prior approval.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product. Contact our support team to arrange an exchange and we will process it as soon as we receive your return.
